Experience:

In my last year of high school, I organized a peer tutoring program which was a charitable initiative and the funds were donated toward the Yemen Crisis via the UNHCR in order to feed hungry families. I gained my tutoring experience through leading this initiative for a few months. My style of teaching is adaptive towards my student’s needs and, as a medical student myself, I tend to apply my inbuilt nature of compassion, patience and empathy toward my teaching experience with students.

Approach:

I believe that we can work on an agreement considering the timing of lessons that would be most convenient. In order to monitor my students learning progress throughout the course of the lessons, I recommend giving them fun, interactive activities to test their understanding of various concepts. I plan my lessons in advance and start with focusing on the areas the student experiences the most difficulty with and then revisiting the challenging areas in a spiral means of learning.
