Experience:

I worked as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for hotel gyms, health club and gym. And conducted Body Balance classes. In May 2021 I got qualified as a Yoga teacher and started to teach Yoga privately. I do have background in lifestyle and diet assessment and advisory too. My goal is to help clients to achieve balance in their life through the management of lifestyle, diet and physical fitness.
