PGCE in Physics

Experience:

I possess strong subject knowledge in science and physics and use this to great effect in my lessons teaching years 7-13. Specifically, it affords me the luxury of asking surgical, probing questions of my pupils, uncovering misconceptions and deepening their own subject knowledge. My A-Level (years 12-13) teaching has continually been rated as outstanding. The results of my students have evidently helped the department reach and exceed at times its global school targets.

Approach:

I use a range of online tools to ensure my students have a visual and hands experience of what being taught. My tutoring is aimed to ensure students can achieve maximum success, so exam practice is key. This is not done through memorisation but via helping students better their comprehension and understanding of exam language and course requirements.
