My first job around 15 years ago was Microsoft Office training, I like to be friendly to my students and after they feel comfortable with me I will explain the subject as much as needed, with different examples.

Approach:

First I like to explain the subject and give step by step coding examples and then I give my students practice quizzes so that they will grasp the lesson.
