Experience:

With 6 years of experience as a tutor, and a 4-year-Bachelors in Speech and Language Therapy, I have tutored students in 4 languages: Arabic, English, French, and Spanish in Phonics, Languages, Math, and Biology. The knowledge I gained as an SLP pushed me to be creative and tailor every session to meet every child's needs. Hence, my teaching style is a modern twist which highly focuses on interactive learning through visual, auditory, and kinesthetic inputs rather than relying solely on theory.

Approach:

A good tutor is one that can self-evaluate to tailor the sessions based on every child's needs. In the first session, a small assessment is made to test the level of the child- his/her strengths and weaknesses. Accordingly, a plan is set out with a list of goals that are to be targeted based on their level of priority. The sessions are fun and interactive yet educational. The visual, auditory, and kinesthetic means will be an incentive for your child to look forward to the next session together.
