Bachelor of Honors Degree Media and Dance, Cache level 3-Early Years Diploma

Experience:

I have been teaching for over 10years with a specialism of working with children in the early years. I am a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic Early Years teacher. My approach is to foster an environment where children are encouraged to create, explore, discover and think critically; so that they can learn about the world that they live in. I have a particular love and passion for teaching children phonics and thus developing their ability to read and write.

Approach:

My lessons are tailored to meet the needs of the child Any particular interests of the child are interwoven into the planning, in order for the learning to be meaningful, fun and engaging. Any relevant work from school can be worked upon as well as any feedback given from the class teacher. -Phonics, Guided writing and reading sessions. Children are assessed in order to fully understand any areas of development working on communication skills in English
