As a tutor, I achieve my goals and objectives withmy students by being kind, caring, organized, planned, updated, passionate and funny. My teaching strategies stress creativity, critical thinking, and flexibility to suit the leaarning style and the types of inteligences of the student. My teaching draws upon the strengths of a variety of active teaching methods, depending on the specific learning goal at hand such as IBL, GR, scaffolding and others.

Demonstrate in planning and preparation coherent instructional design Prepare different practice sheets for the objectives Design learning activities that are differentiated in approach that meet the learnig style and the needs of the student. Use visual aids that make learning easy and attractive. Teach student how to read, think discus and how to become a problem solver.
