Experience:

I am a South African English teacher. I have been teaching and tutoring for 6 years. My strengths include teaching learners to understand and use the English language and preparing learners for their examinations. I love to encourage learners to read books, as I feel that this is how they can fall in love with the language and learn new skills.

Approach:

Working with learners one on one is important. The individual attention helps them feel more confident. My lesson planning would adapt to each child, depending on what their weaknesses and strengths are. I always try to be creative in my lesson planning, as I feel that this is when children will learn best.
