I am a certified teacher for Yoga and Martial Arts with over 9 years of teaching experience. I love teaching different styles of fitness activities. I am specialized in teaching Hatha and Flow Yoga. However, I do teach other styles of Yoga like Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. In martial arts I teach Karate, Taekwondo & Kickboxing.
