Am new to this career but am sure that I can be able to help students achieve their goals. Every student deserves to be given a chance to showcase their ability through learning and getting more knowledge.

Approach:

I plan my lessons according to students' needs, during my lessons I make sure that the student has captured a skill that can help them in future , for example in a mathematics lesson I don't just start teaching without planning I make sure there is an interactive game we can play that is a game involving mathematics
