I am an Experienced Product & Program Manager, worked across various leading Start ups and MNCs. Currently working in Amazon, I come with a rich experience in leading small to big products and programs from scratch. I have been mentoring aspiring product and program managers for last two years. Delivering Results in the fast paced competitive environments, collaboration with multiple teams, and handling multiple projects simultaneously is my main strengths.

Approach:

My first approach is mentoring is by teaching the basics of Product and Program Management. It's Different methodologies and the application strategy. Then I learn about the interest of the aspiring product/program managers on their interest and design the course accordingly. I give assignments to present face to face to improve the presentation skills and gain confidence and give Mock interviews.
