Experience:

I have been tutoring for 3 years mainly in the subject areas of English and Math for Primary school. I have a Bachelor in Education and a postgraduate diploma in Special and Inclusive Education from DCU. I have experience teaching a range of students of all ages and abilities. I have experience in teaching in an Irish, British and more recently American curriculum.

Approach:

I use a personalised approach and get to know my students before planning accessible and engaging lessons for them so that they can reach their full potential. I plan lessons aimed directly at their personal goals. I try to incorporate modern techniques and draw on their interests to keep them focused. The beauty of tutoring is getting to work closely to achieve goals in a personal and specific way.
