Experience:I am a Primary school teacher from Ireland, who has four years teaching experience. I also have experience working with children with EAL as I spent most of my summers in Madrid tutoring children from the ages of 7-14. In Ireland I tutored children in English and Math after school twice a week.
Approach:Hands on learning that the children enjoy is key. I use open ended questioning that allow the children to develop their thinking. I use a range of strategies learnt through my education and through real life experience tutoring/teaching. Planning is key for success and I always ensure I am organised and consistent.
