Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma specializing in Risk Management

Experience:

I am a Native English speaker and have worked with students of all ages. Whether it's homework help or test prep, I am here to help. I believe in providing students with a variety of teaching techniques with the goal of finding the most effective way of helping them understand a topic. As a tutor, I am patient and dedicated to helping my students build their confidence and skills to help them do their best. I am thoughtful and outgoing, so I can connect with my students quickly.

Approach:

I quickly find the strengths and values of each student so that we can apply them to the material at hand. I empower my students helping them discover their preferred learning style to use now and in the future. As a tutor, I have high expectations for myself and my students. I will attempt any number of strategies to help a student learn a complex concept. In my opinion, every student has the ability to learn and to succeed.
