Experience:

Yoga Instructor for "At The Park" group for the past year, giving hatha yoga classes once a week. - I also give private classes for Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa yoga. I specialize mainly in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. - I also give meditation classes: Yoga Nidra, Karma Yoga, themes (surrender/let go, self love, self compassion) I also give pranayama/breathing classes: Nadi Sodhana, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Ujjayi, Bhramari, Sheetali, Yogic.

Approach:

For my hatha and vinyasa yoga classes, I follow the below sequence: Guided Meditation to start practice Pranayama Sun Salutations Traditional Yogic Postures/ Vinyasa Flow For my yin yoga classes: Guided meditation through out the practice (each session has a theme: surrender/let go, self love, self compassion) Yin Yoga Postures
