Experience:

There are different methods of teaching, in my experience it is usually explaining topics from the ground up, helping with exams and finally, what most students need is someone to support them in their reasoning and way of thinking and that there is someone for them at the moment when during the decision making progress with instant feedback.

Approach:

In my 5 years of experience there are two main ways of teaching and helping students. 1) from the ground up, meaning to go over the basics and understanding the logic and intuition of the topics and 2) when the students has already some graps of the concepts and to be there for them in their thought process providing help and instant feedback, this is usually the most effective case
