A creative person does better in the IT field. Therefore, I try to inject the concepts into their brain afterward, teach them practically, giving some practical tasks. Once a student grasps the concept. I give them some assignments.

Approach:

I usually plan lessons topic-wise. I believe slow and steady wins the race. We consume every day but little. End of the month we will be finishing a huge chunk of our outline. My first technique is I make a very good friendship with students. Once I catch his/her psychology I treat them accordingly. Never make lessons burden but fun. Try to find their interest in the course. After giving the lecture gives a short break. There's a Q/A session. Class interaction is vital for robust learning.
