Primary teaching assistant and tutor

Experience:

As a TA, I assisted students (both non-SEN and SEN) in meeting in-class and longterm goals with supplemental instruction and tutoring. I also have experience tutoring students from a range of levels (primary school to college-level) in languages (English/French) and science (Biology/Biopsychology).

Approach:

I first establish the student's ability with a small starting assessment, after which and create a lesson plan that divides practice hours and content according to the student's current abilities and goals.
