Experience:

I am a recently trained CELTA tutor. During my 15+ years working in in various organizations in the USA and UK, I have always been a teacher and trainer for my colleagues and new recruits. My lessons are always student specific, student centered, memorable and fun.

Approach:

I plan each lesson to meet the need of each specific student. Before I plan, I interview the student to find out what their goals are. I then assign short assessments that relate to their goals and use the results to inform my lesson design. Within the set of bespoke lessons, I include regular short assessments using sample exam questions, if applicable, and modify instruction as we progress through the lessons. The end result will be a high level of improvement.
