Experience:

My goal is to be able to help my students learn more and well. Having this in mind, I am organized, patient, and interactive. I build open and comfortable communication with my students so that they feel safe to ask questions and clarify areas that are confusing or not clear to them. I also explore areas that inhibit them to achieve or build good study habits.

Approach:

Each day, I define the learning outcome aligned with the designed lesson. I have great listening skills which I believe have helped well my students to feel understood well and be comfortable to be able to openly communicate any confusion or questions they may have or difficulties they are encountering
