Experience:

I work in harmony and possess all the qualities of patience, to work with the student. I incorporate different teaching style and visual aids in my teaching. I have done my graduation in engineering and recently I have done diploma in ealychildhood.I was not good at math during my school days. My maths teacher motivated me that I could do even better. The bonding between the teacher and student plays a greater impact in students role. I will definitely put all my effort to help my student.

Approach:

For the kindergarten children, I will incorporate different visual aids based on the child's need. I will use the variety of multiple intelligence which I studied in my course. I will not move on to the new topic unless and until the child is clear in the previous topics. For the primary classes, I will first check how the child have knowledge about the subject. I will prepare my lesson plan based on the learning style of student. I will try ro use hands on learning when I teach maths.
