Doctorate in Business Administration

Experience:

I have a variety of teaching & Training Experience. I tought for 7 years at the Emirates Aviation University. My students were part of the HD and HND programs and I delivered a verity of courses in class and online. I am also currently a training specialist where I deliver a range of inclass/ online development courses.

Approach:

Preparation is Key. I start with research around the subject, build it up with plenty of examples that my students can relate to. During the class session, I use multiple techniques and different ways to get the message across to my learners. I have a soft and patient approach when teaching which relaxes my students and makes the learning experience much more enjoyable.
