Experience:

I part-timed as an English Tutor during my college days in a Korean Nationals. I love teaching because I can help others improve their skills. It gives me joy and excitement meeting learners around the world. Throughout my career, I've been recognized for my work ethic and effectiveness. I'm greatly passionate about my current profession which I could impart in teaching especially I love helping others improve their English.

Approach:

Firstly I want to know my learners Create conditions for language learners  Design high-quality lessons for language development  Adapt lesson delivery as needed I monitor and assess student language development  Engage and collaborate within a community of practice  Incorporate student interests into my lessons. And the last part is reflection time. I ask students what they learned academically and socially and what they think I could have done differently.
