SWIMMING LESSONS When teaching swimming, I follow the STA (swimming teachers association) scheme where the children can work through a scheme of certificates and badges, PRIMARY EDUCATION TUTORING When teaching maths, English / phonics, I like to reward children with stickers/prizes.
