I have founded and run multiple businesses, in four different countries. My current business is an international vodka brand, of which I am the CEO. This has involved hiring and training senior and middle management roles, Mentoring junior employees and building their character, while making key decisions about how to operate my business.

Approach:

I have always believed in learning through action, so my methods are very interactive, using real life scenarios combined with role play. I let the client see examples of what I do with my own company and get their feedback and thoughts on live real scenarios. This combines real life experience, with a mentored approach to business development and professional skills, unseen anywhere else.
