RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training

Experience:

I am qualified for RYT200 Yoga teacher training and 50 hours meditation teacher training in Dubai. I been started teaching community classes and private classes since the beginning of 2021. I have been practicing yoga for 3 years now and I teach Hatha, Vinyasa also guided meditation with Chakra Meditation, Antar Mouna and Chanting meditation. Yoga is not just asana and show up on your mat, but unity, bring our body, mind and souls together, also a lifestyle and meaning of life.

Approach:

My yoga lessons are always comes with music and relaxation at the end of the class. I always love to start gentle warm-up in the beginning and flow in the middle of the class. My class is welcome for the beginners and people who returning back to their mat which require more alignments and cues during the class. During an hour of the class, you will be guided to reconnect your body and quiet the monkey mind then slowly bring yourself to innerpeace.
