Experience:

Its always best to first build a relationship with the student, no two people learn the same way. we have visual learners, kinetic learners and audio learners. its best to first discover the best method possible for the student and then tailor the needs and approach of the lessons to the students strengths while improving his weaknesses

Approach:

A starter activity is always required, once warmed up we begin two main activities, both different methods of delivery to make sure we cover all approaches. I believe in learning the theory and then applying what you've learnt as revision. Once we have got a good grasp of the topic we can test it by participating in a quiz or some sort of game to keep us engaged and active, while at the same time learning and applying new knowledge. Every lesson will end with a Plenary check understanding.
