Experience:

I am an enthusiastic, qualified teacher with 4 years experience teaching KS2-KS5 English and History. As a tutor, I am familiar with the several different ways of learning. I appreciate that these are not mutually exclusive ways of learning and instead overlap with every student. With each pupil I will identify their most suitable way of learning whilst incorporating other methods to assist in developing and enhancing their understanding of each topic.

Approach:

As a tutor, I firstly create topic overviews based on what my students want to cover. Then I create powerpoint presentations with learning objectives and fun, educational tasks. Every week my students will recap what they have studied the previous lessons. At the end of the term, the students will complete a small exam to assess what they have studied.
