Experience:

I have worked as an English teacher at English institute in Iran for 14 years in different levels (beginners, elementary, lower and upper intermediate). I can write lesson plan and make exam questions.

Approach:

If I have teacher guide, I will use one. If not, I will write lesson plan to manage time and teaching. I search different teaching mehods and use the best way according to my students' need. I use CLT method and sometimes mixed method.
