Qualification:

Bachelor of Education degree. Accredited TEFL teacher.

Experience:

I have been teaching primary school for 5 years to a range of age groups (6-12). I have also worked in a language school teaching English as an additional language for 3 years. I have taught in primary school classes in Ireland and in the UAE. I have worked with both British and American curriculum students and can adapt my lessons to working with both curriculums. I am patient, open minded and can adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of the students I am teaching.

Approach:

I am very patient and friendly. I am Irish but have a neutral accent. When teaching I try to make my lessons fun and interactive. I adapt to my students needs to create engaging lessons that align with their own interests. I have very strong communication skills and ensure a strong level of understanding between me and the students I teach.
