I am currently new to this career but i can see my self teaching and learning at the same time with the students as i am a person who love kids and me my self have my own 5 years old son, i am currently working in a BPO company as a supervisor and also i handle a group of 10 and i am good at it.

Approach:

First i will make sure that my student feel comfortable with me and i wont treat them as a student but a friend which i am willing to teach.
