Experience:

I have 10 years experience in teaching different physical activites such as dancing, fitness coaching, yoga and meditation. My purpose is to empower and inspire through the movement. I love to watch my students grow and will do everything to assist them in their yoga & wellness path. I am certified in Hatha & Vinyasa yoga. I also teach feminine dance styles such as high heels, commercial dance and jazz.

Approach:

I welcome everyone to my classes regardless of their previous experience. As a teacher, I want to create a kind and loving space, where everyone can feel safe and feel free to be themselves. I teach yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and dancing. My classes are tailored based on my student’s needs. Whether you need a restorative, relaxing yoga session, energetic Vinyasa Flow or just a fun & empowering dance class, I will make sure to fulfil your expectations on that day.
