YOGA DIPLOMA (500+ HOURS)

Experience:

I have been teaching Yoga in London, where I completed my first Yoga Teaching Diploma for the last 14 years. I have studied Hatha Yoga further with Gurus in India and then completed a further 300 hours of training in Greece. I have taught Hatha Yoga and Meditation in London, India, Dubai and Hong Kong. I studied Yoga Philosophy at Soas, University of London, incorporating these principals, along with aryuveda in my teachings.
