Bachelors Degree In Public Administration, TESOL/TEFL Certificate

Experience:

My formal teaching experience for English Language is 2 years. However, I have been teaching Government, Business Studies and Commerce long before my banking career of over 12 years at Extra moral classes as well as a home teacher in Benin City, Nigeria. I adopt a direct approach to teaching with both the PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) and TTT (Test, Teach, Test) methodologies depending on the student, subject matter or other variables. I ensure to include lots of fun activities.

Approach:

As I have earlier mentioned, I combine various teaching approaches, depending on my student's level, personality traits and learning capabilities or preferences. Irrespective of the approach adopted, I aim to make each class an interesting session with fun activities involving my students. As part of my techniques, I try to be very flexible, honest and allow a lot of participation by my students in the lesson process by using daily life experiences in relation to subject matter.
