Experience:

I have been teaching children with learning difficulties, ADD, ADHD, ASD and children with mild or highly disruptive behaviors for the past 10 years. I have developed and implemented a specific plan of action for every child's needs, I have organized work sessions for the stimulation of particular points of autonomy and cognitive-social development and applied ABA (applied behavior analysis) method according to therapeutic needs (2 years ABA training for highly disruptive behaviors).

Approach:

The lessons are planed upon every child's need. First session is usually a small assessment in the subject or subjects where the child is facing challenges. When I score the assessment, a specific teaching plan will be created with a plan of action to present to the parents, and specific lessons will be planned to cater that child's needs. So every child will have the opportunity to grow and progress respecting the path that is more comfortable for him.
