Batchelor of Education (hons) Secondary pre-service specialized in Art and design and ChiShona language.

Experience:

I taught for a year at Bere High School in Masvingo province in Zimbabwe . I taught 8th and 11th graders Art and design and English language . My 11th graders achieved an impressive 90% pass rate on their GCE in Art and Design. I am a good volleyball coach and i love to share about my culture and heritage a d to also learn from others. I got to know that everyone can achieve the best in life due to hard work , commitment and teamwork.

Approach:

I scheme my monthly lessons in a scheduled form , i break down content into daily lessons creating detailed lesson plans whereby i set objectives or goals , what i expect my learners to know by the end of each lesson. I assign my learners work to do assess and evaluate progress. Remedial work is always given to slow learners so as to catch up with the syllabus . I use artistic illustrations to emphasise concepts, learners should also dominate a better part of the learning process .
