Swim Ireland Level 2

Experience:

Coached Limavady swimming team to many league promotions and cups. Over 200 swimmers from 6-21 years old each year.

Approach:

Open to listening and trying different ideas. I successfully became lead coach and designed training programs around the individual student as everyone is different. I was extremely good at motivating the students to maximize their potential. Competed regularly in Triathlon and off shore sea swims in Ireland before retiring due to injury.
