Experience:

Tutoring and counseling for the past 20 years, Graduate in psychology and English, undergone NLP training and have been associated with training in special schools and schools with integrated set up. Teaching children with learning difficulties and special needs is a challenge I love to take as it stimulates all my faculties I bringing out new methods and techniques according to the child's requirement. Being multi lingual and having special training is my strength.

Approach:

Firstly understanding the child and his/her needs. Where is the difficulty in learning, addressing that ,and making lesson plans accordingly. I make lesson plans on chapters before they are taught in school, so they understand and comprehend better when taught in school. Removing the fear of under performance by improving on their perception and constant revision so by the time of assessment they have everything in their fingertips. Practice on sample question papers.
