I make sure to cater to all different learning types and consider each student's individual needs. The importance of engaging students in their own learning. I firmly believe that it is the role of the teacher to find the best avenue the in which the student's responds best to learning. Because we all learn differently. So I am more flexible when in comes to teaching approach, which learning strategies best suits an individual student and I adapt my teaching style according to the individual's needs.
