Bachelor's Degree in Oral and Dental Medicine, TEFL

Experience:

I have been tutoring children and teenagers on and off for the past 4 years. I've taught English, Maths, Physics, General Sciences, Music Theory and solfege. I have also worked with online and face-to-face, as well as with different nationalities (including teaching English as a foreign language to children)

Approach:

A teacher's job is not to teach maths or science or history, but to teach their student HOW to learn. That is the most valuable skill a student can be taught, and will outlive any other skill or temporary piece of information they come across. I try to plan my lessons according to each student's individual personality to optimize their learning. I also never spoon-feed my students, but take them on a journey through which, maybe, they can discover their passion for a subject, or even teaching!
