Experience:

With many years of experiences working with children in all aspects of a sporting environment both in the UAE, and in Ireland also. Having been a physical education teacher for the past five years, a swimming coach for the past 12 years and a personal trainer and pilates instructor also. I have worked with students of a range of ages from 4 to 18 years of age I have years of experience working with children with physical and mental disabilities also in a sporting and water based environment.

Approach:

I always say you are teaching a child skills for life that they can carry with them through every aspect of life as they develop from early childhood years to adolescents. Health, fitness and sports should be a lifestyle every child incorporates in to their lives from a young age as it is very important for both their mental and physical development as a child. It is important to make the environment for the student a very safe comfortable, motivating and enjoyable one for them from day one.
