3rd Dan Shotokan Karate, 1st Dan Goju- Ryu Karate

Experience:

I have taught Karate & self defence privately & in groups for over 10 years. My main objective is to get the very best out of individual students and build their self-confidence, belief, ability, make them physically an mentally stronger and above all learn to have the right mentality & attitude so they are prepared for any potential threats or challenges. I have experience in training in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Judo, BJJ & Krav Maga. I cross over styles as I believe that everything is relevant.

Approach:

Philosophy is fundamental and the explanations as to 'why' and 'how' we do specific movements to defend & counter-attack. I have a passion for what I do and I always give my students 100% with my methods in teaching. I have been in some very dangerous Cities around the wolrd and I have encountered some horrific challenges in terms of violence having to protect & defend myself on multiple occasions so what I teach comes from true experience!
