Experience:

I have teaching experience in both the UK and Internationally. Experience of teaching children with ASN and EAL. Teaching Scottish Curriculum and American Curriculum. I have taught children at various stages. Whilst teaching in Thailand and Rwanda, I used my organizational skills to create an effective and enjoyable environment where there was a language barrier. I developed good personal relationships and learned the best ways of communicating with children of different abilities.

Approach:

I have developed an engaging and enthusiastic teaching style which means learners positively respond to high standards of learning and teaching. I am committed to inspire all learners to develop a love of learning and give them the best possible opportunity to flourish and succeed. My practice is kept fresh, current and relevant to pupils and informed of recent developments. I base lessons on assessment outcomes to ensure progression, whilst engaging children in interactive lessons and games.
