We will be going over the basic self defense techniques which will be more than useful in any period of your life. As well as help you to stay in shape .

Approach:

I’m always trying to explain and show the techniques so person could really understand what’s the point of using them! First of all, we have introduction and i explain what is jiu jitsu . Later on i will analyze the physical capabilities of the person as well ask if there are any restrictions so i could manage future classes
