I am a charismatic and reliable teacher with 18 years of experience delivering educational assistance and instruction to various levels. I have handled various tasks, including supervising extended essays for DP students. My Biology teaching for secondary classes included reviewing the curriculum and devising alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student understanding. The current international situation allowed me to have a tour-year experience of live online teaching.

Approach:

When choosing an instructional model, I sought strategies that help students gain a complete understanding of new concepts. To do that, I choose to incorporate inquiry-based approaches like the 5E Model, which is grounded in active learning. To apply such an approach, I use different active- learning strategies and ice breakers that act on both individual and group work. Differentiation is also a part of my teaching plan. I have always encouraged creative thinking and motivated students.
