I am attentive tp rhe learner and I use various methods to engage the student. Students are given guidance to complete their tasks and assignments. I have international experience and currently completing an advance diploma in Training Design and Assessment from Gem College of International Business in Australia. (Online)

Tutoring is done using mixed methods. Research is done yo enrich the topics and sharing is encouraged. Students can suggest ways that will help them to learn. better . I encourage discussions and test understanding of information shared in the teaching session. Students get i individualized support based inherit needs. Students can additional assistance outside of scheduled hurting session.
