Experience:

I tutor mostly primary school students after school. Though I don't hold a Bachelor's degree in education but I do hd a Bachelor's degree in Computer science/IT. I am someone who is always calm with students so as to boost their confidence for free approach and for them to assimilate quick. I have an active listening ears too. I encourage them to do better.

Approach:

Identify the learning objectives. Plan the specific learning activities. Plan to assess student understanding I make my class interactive I use different examples even outside the topic to explain. Ask open questions and encourage students to think outside the topic for easy understanding.
