Taught 1st, 3rd and 4th graders with an average of 25 students per class. Provided tutoring support and design individualized learning plans for English language Learner, Students with learning difficulties, & gifted learners. Established open-door policy, improving communication and trust with students and parents.

Approach:

My approach to tutoring is that I tailor my tuition to the needs of the student. I aim to run my tuition in support of the progression of my students through their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the student so desires. Established a good relationship. Adapt my teaching method to the students learning method so to achieve a definite goal.
