Experience:

During my undergraduate studies I explored leadership in both science and physical education in my major and minor specialism’s which now enables me to have a comprehensive understanding in these areas. I have a wide variety of teaching experience both in classroom and tutoring. In addition to my degree I am TELF certified which during the summer months I used to English as a foreign language to incoming students. (13-16 year olds). .

Approach:

I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated educator who wants all children to be successful learners. Over my extended time in schools, I have developed effective behaviour management by using a range of techniques including agreed ground rules, praise, reward and merit systems. I am also highly driven to continue to progress my own teaching skills, incorporating ICT where possible. I have strong social and communication skills that make me very adaptable to working with people.
