Even though I love teaching all styles of yoga, I would say Vinyasa is my favorite yoga as it helps me to be mindful and sweat at the same time. Approach:

Every class will have its own theme, such as shoulder and neck, hip opening, focusing on flow, breathing technique. Also, I'd be happy if you share what kind of yoga style or any peak pose- for example, headstand or crow pose) you want to learn.
